Much of my work comes through collaboration with designers, retailers, and small manufacturers, turning their designs into finished parts or products.

Services include:

Whether you need one prototype or a short run of parts or products, I can help develop, refine and produce them accurately and efficiently.

Development

You can come to me with an idea at any stage - from a rough concept to a fully developed design - and I’ll help turn it into a finished product or prototype. Using CAD software, I can produce detailed drawings and renders to visualise the piece and refine its design before production. From there, I’ll prepare accurate costings, with pricing that scales appropriately for batch runs or one-off builds.

Manufacturing

My workshop is set up for both solid timber and sheet materials.

I use a full-sized CNC router alongside traditional equipment to handle prototypes, batch runs and repeat components, keeping the quality and detail consistent from one piece to the next.

All timber is responsibly sourced, selected for stability and grain, and I can provide traditional hand-applied finishes as well as modern spray finishing in water-based lacquers and paints.

Collaboration

I really enjoy working with other makers and designers, especially within the local community. Over time I’ve built some strong relationships, and I’m proud to have ongoing collaborations with clients I’ve worked with for many years.
