Bespoke Work

As well as working with businesses, I also create custom furniture and joinery for private clients - one-off pieces designed and made in my Brighton workshop.

Typical projects:

  • Freestanding or built-in storage
  • Custom doors, windows and fittings
  • Heirloom pieces, gifts and handcrafted bespoke furniture

Each commission starts with a conversation about requirements, materials and practical needs. From there, I design, make and finish every piece by hand.

Getting Started

To begin, we’ll talk about what you need and how you’d like it made. You can share sketches, photos, mood boards - or just an idea, and we'll shape it into a proper design.

I’ll suggest materials, run up some drawings if required, and give costs and timing before we begin.

Pricing can be adjusted by refining the design or choosing different materials, so there’s always some flexibility to suit your budget.

In the Workshop

Each piece is made to order in my Brighton workshop.

I carefully choose the timber from local suppliers, and work with it using a combination of traditional handcraft techniques and modern machinery.

Projects usually take a few weeks, depending on size and finish.

Built to Last

Every build is made to a high standard, and all details carefully considered, from material selection to finishing.

The result is a durable, well-made piece that stands up to daily use and retains its quality over time.
